I will admit that I am constantly buying gizmos to help my back but nothing has worked like this thing does. I LOVE it. It has a place of honor in my bedroom. I watched YouTube videos on how best to use it and it is amazingly efficacious. I can't wait to give it a go when I really throw my back out. So far I have just used it for minor tweaks. I always feel amazing afterwards. Plus it is somewhat smaller the fixes I usually buy and really really sturdy. I have nothing bad to say about this wheel and am pretty sure this will be the last back gizmo that I will ever need to buy.

Well as back rollers go, this has to be one of the better ones. I can only speak from my experience with this one, as I've never tried others outside if just simple foam rollers, but this roller is very sturdy and definitely supplies firm pressure. It's maybe not as firm as a good deep tissue massage but it's excellent for working on yourself. I find it really helps increase thoracic stretch, which is big for my back. If I put my arms above my head it can get even upper thoracic areas, which is where some of my biggest knots are. it quite get my cervical area, but I'll keep trying although I'm not sure any of the rollers can really get the cervical spine very well. it definitely seems like it would be the only roller you'd ever have to purchase, and it's firm enough to feel worth it. I'm glad I bought it.

This back roller is sturdy and effective. I have a disk on my upper back that is very difficult to pop back in. My chiropractor gets winded after putting it back in place. This roller gets the job done and helps loosen up the tight back muscles. The outer rubber banding four rows of bumps (for lack of eloquent words) that you line up on either side of your spine. These are very effective for getting in and easing up stiff muscles. if your back is tight it is a bit uncomfortable at first but then you start to feel the relief. This has really helped me!

I don’t take the time to write many reviews, but I feel like this product deserves one. I’ve had back pain for the past 7 years (32 years old) and have had a trampoline accident a couple of years ago. Been to chiropractors and had massages which did seem to help my pain be moderated for a few years. I recently moved to a rural area with lengthy drives to help my pain so I decided to see if I could help myself. I stumbled upon this product after talking with a co-worker about foam rollers for back pain. I can tell you without a doubt that immediately after I use this roller my back feels instantly relative. I’m not saying that I’m pain free, but it does feel better after everything I use it. I have used it almost daily or whenever I have back pain. It cracks all the right areas in your spine like a chiropractor and works out all the right muscles knots like a deep tissue massage, the best off both worlds! I am very thankful for this product.

I am not a review writer. I don’t care to help in that way and there are people more equipped. But I feel compelled. I’ve had pain for months, all through my shoulder, neck and mid/high back. Mainly from hunching over an iPhone and slouching at a computer desk most days. Nothing could open my chest up the way I wanted, I couldn’t crack my back for relief because everything was too tight and sore and stuck, the only thing that helped temporarily was cupping to increase blood flow. I WOULD BUY IT 17 MORE TIMES. I lay around on it all day. I cry from the relief it brings my back. My spine crackles all up and down it with joy untold. I tell it my dreams. It is my hero.
