I never write reviews, but I am so glad I purchased this . I’ve had lower back/hip pain that has affected my daily function for about 18 months. I believe it originated from sitting at my desk for work and also from our new couch which has no lower back support. I have been in horrible pain. Loading and unloading the dishwasher has been excruciating. Standing to cook for longer than 10 minutes has been terrible. I’ve been rolling around on the floor on a tennis ball which has helped but only partly. This pillow has stretched out my lower back and over the last 2 weeks I feel about 70% better, and every day I find improvement. For me, I put it behind my lower back on my office chair, couch, wherever for 20-30 minutes, 2-3 times a day. I can feel the stretch, and it hurts so good! The first day was painful, but well worth the uncomfortableness. Now it just feels good. I anticipate a full recovery from back pain within a month.

Ever since the early 2000s, I severely threw my back out. So bad it bruised and ever since, I’ve had lower back pain. Long story short, I’ve done it all for relief…. You name it. Chiropractor, inversion tables, stretching, weight lose, massages. Everything. I’ve had success but in the long run with working out and heavy lifting, it always return. I even have another arch support. The adjustable, hard plastic one. That has helped a lot but this one has instantly made a difference and it’s only been a couple of days. The key to using this is aligning the apex of it to where your belly button is. That would stretch out your ribs and put more stress on the lower back. But the belly button area decompress the lower spine closer to your hips. I can feel the pressure release and a relaxed feeling down my legs. Highly, highly recommend this. It’s amazing.

I was so excited to find this little Lumbar Stretcher at a reasonable price. Yet after my first attempt at using it I was ready to send it back at it is not “comfy” at first. After several uses and finding the best length of time that worked best for my body, I LOVE THIS THING! I can use it for 3 minutes and feel significant results such as release of tension and thus pain, and opening disc spaces. I use it for sciatica flare ups, or SI Joint discomfort is present, any Sciatic issue in my leg, etc. I used to have a great Chiropractor but moved to a different state. This Lumbar Stretcher does the trick for me :) I am a Yoga Teacher and when the Yoga doesn’t help, this Lumbar stretcher does.

I have a couch that I absolutely loathe, and would love to set on fire and dance around ceremonially. I suffer from lower back pain from time to time, and every time I sit on that dang couch, it turns my back into what feels like a question mark. I used to use these little throw pillows as lumbar supports to help, and they do help a little. As soon as I saw this lower back stretcher, I thought it would make for an interesting lumbar support addition to the couch. I swear, it has made my couch bearable. I have a pillow behind it, and in combination with that pillow, this offers me a good amount of lumbar support to keep me free of back pain from sitting on that stupid couch. Why don't you replace the couch, you may be asking. Believe me, I totally intend to. Until that day comes though, this back stretcher and lumbar support is saving the day. I really love this thing, and can't imagine sitting on that backbreaking couch without it.

I have been going to a chiropractor for about a year plus physical therapy for about 6 months for arthritis pain & a bulging L4 disc. I got about 50% pain relief from them. I still had a lot of stiffness & pain especially first thing in the morning. Pain made me sleep poorly. I saw this back stretcher advertised & got it. I was amazed at the quick pain relief it gives me. I use it for about 10 minutes before bed, sleep better & wake up with very little pain. I use it again first thing in the morning for a mostly pain free day. I am so glad I found this product.
