After dealing with neck and shoulder pain for years due to sitting in front of the monitor all day, all week long. My pain only gets worse although I tried to do some exercise on my shoulder, and neck it's not that helpful.
One day, I mentioned my pain to a friend over the phone and he mentioned this tiny neck massage pillow. Minutes later I'm on internet to do my research ,I decided to give this item a try the item itself looks more promising for me. At first, I'm a bit skeptical about the effectiveness of this pillow.
The item arrived a few days later, give it a try for about 10 - 15 mins. My pain is gone, my neck is completely relieved and my head is so relaxed. I just cannot believe it and again I tried it a few more days after a long day sitting in front of the screen.

I have TMJ that causes neck and jaw pain when it flares up. I’ve searched and tried many remedies and found this product. I use it for 10 min for the first couple of days and increased up to 20 min. It really helps to stretch my neck and eases my jaw pain. I like to take the 10-20 minutes everyday to relax and meditate while using this to stretch my neck.
