My husband had mentioned that I was starting to hunch over from working on my phone and computer. I had always tried hard when I was working (mainly with computers) to try to keep my posture in check. Since I had retired and was older, I hadn't been as fastidious in maintaining my correct posture. I looked at quite a few options for a brace to help me correct my posture. I didn't want to go too expensive in cost but found this one and after reading the reviews wanted to try it. I wear it multiple days in a row and I noticed that my muscle memory started to kick in on helping me maintain better posture. The pull on your shoulders reminds you to stand/sit straight. It is very simple to use but does what it says it would do, by keeping your shoulders back in place which brings your neck back to where it should be.
