Instructions:
- Place the cervical traction device on a flat surface, such as a bed, sofa, or yoga mat.
- Adjust the position of the device to find a comfortable spot for your neck to rest. Ensure that your neck is lying on the pillow, and completely relax your neck.
- Bend your knees, place your hands beside your head, and allow your head to be suspended, stretching your neck by natural gravity.
- If you choose to use the heating function, attach the heating pad and plug the USB cable into a power bank, PC, or USB adapter (5V=1A charger/DC USB input).
- Adjust the temperature controller to the desired temperature, according to your needs. There are three adjustable temperature settings available.
- Use the Cervipulse for no more than 10 minutes a day. Excessive use or strength can cause cervical muscle damage.
- Do not use the heating pad attachment while sleeping. The heating pad attachment needs to be monitored when in use at all times.
- It is recommended that single heating is no more than 30 minutes. Long-term use of hot compress can accumulate a lot of heat and burn the skin. The temperature can be adjusted with the controller or temporarily turned off if needed.
